It is great to have this survey, but also TLC has the address of all the drivers that live in the city, this information can be used to find where most drivers live to figure out where the chargers are most needed.

Ample parking. Also shops and resturants around for drivers to rest and kill time. Also can walk near the ocean to relax while car charges
