Projects & Initiatives Site Policy

TLC drivers, please use the map below to suggest a curbside (on-street) Level 2 charger location. Please provide as much detail as possible about why it would make a good location.

Level 2 chargers provide about 25 miles of range per hour of charging, and are best for locations where you might park for a few hours to overnight. For more information on curbside charging in New York City, go here.

If DOT survey this street and other streets around, there are too many ev vehicles with tlc plate are parked. This would be a very good area to install a charger so everyone can charge overnight that will help charging off peak hours as well.

Bay Ridge Parkway - 3 Ave - 4 Ave

Bay ridge is completely out of range of superchargers and overnight chargers would be very helpful as there are lots of no standing zones that can be used for that purpose
