The parking lot area as well as the street parking surrounding Ikea would be a great spot for an EV charging station. This is one of my favorite spots to take a break, especially if I'm walking by the park near the water. Also, I second whoever suggested to place some charging stations on the lot near the Brooklyn Navy Yard (Wegman's for example).
All house do not have driveway to charge EV vehicle. Many driver live in block.
