Very hard to cross here - breaks down the neighborhood and I can't get across which is annoying.
I have crossed Conduit here going north and felt like I was in such a desperate situation to get across that I went wrong way on the one-way street
I have crossed Conduit here and it is not a pleasant or safe feeling experience
I have crossed Conduit here on a bike and it is a highly unpleasant Frogger type experience
I have biked through here after getting trapped by Conduit a couple times. There are often huge puddles that mask giant divots in the road that are dangerous to bike through but hidden. The flooding in this area is third world level and this area should be re-converted to wetland and the residents relocated to safer locations
After getting trapped by the conduit heading north on a bike I have sometimes gotten forced to bike west on Linden Blvd here which does not feel safe
I have gotten trapped/lost here biking north from Broad Channel / Howard Beach. There is a break under the Belt and the bike route continues north on 84th st but sort of dead ends here without a good way to cross the Conduit
The green strip is wide enough to accommodate a greenway—a trail for walking, running, and biking—without affecting the roadways. Additionally, these green strips should be able to support athletic facilities and parks. Use Peck Park as a model, located between Underhill and Peck Avenues, between Utopia Parkway and Horace Harding.
Crossing the street here from North to south is hectic as people approach or come from high-speed conduit. Ultimately I like to get to the Fountain Ave bike route but have to make lots of turns to get there when coming from Cypress Hills Street.
Right now the sidewalk on the south side ends at the LA Fitness and doesn't appear again until Sutter Avenue. We need an uninterrupted sidewalk.
