We already have extensive riff raff loitering outside our home from the "open Street" crap, it is a very limited loud pool who want them and most of those are lud but already own bikes. News flash those of us not interested in bike plain arent interested in biking and I don't drive. No bikes outside our home!!! You want one buy one and put it in your home we aren't a village and this is freaking intrusive. The bikers are also far more dangerous than the cars around here. The more people who stop outside our once safe feeling home the more that seems to disappear from our yard or be disposed of on our property.
