Please add bike share capacity at the E 26th St & 3rd Ave dock in Kips Bay. This station was recently restored to its original dock count after utility work, but the original size can't meet demand here. It regularly runs out of bikes in the morning and is full by the evening commute, leaving riders stranded at peak times. This is a dense residential neighborhood with heavy Citi Bike use. I'd ask NYC DOT to evaluate actual usage data for this dock and plan a higher-capacity expansion.

it baffles me how there is not a bike parking in this vicinity, I had to walk 15 minutes to get to a station and that one didn't even have bikes. This is one of the most famous parks in NYC after Central Park and one of the busiest areas in NYC. There is tons of foot traffic and needs to have way more bike stations and available bikes for tourists, locals, and business-people.

This is a good location for a new bike dock. The surrounding area becomes extremely crowded during rush hours (not enough parking) but then there is a severe drought in the evening because there wasn't enough bikes to begin with. If you look at the map there is a dock every street except on this street (44th and 6th). A new bike docking station will severely help alleviate the pressure in this area.

It is insane how little bike parking there is in the morning in this area. Every single day there is 0 parking for the entire area here (all the nearest stations around here). There should be 250+ more bike parking docs in the surrounding area. Citi Bike is useless without parking and I see dozens of people constantly circling looking for docks. For a year I have never biked to work due to the lack of availability of docks. Thousands of people work in these buildings around Bryant Park. Corporate law offices, banks, salesforce tower, consultants, etc. It is absolutely absurd to think that 30-40 bike docks is enough for this area.

There is plenty of space for a docking station and is next to the entrance to a very wide shared-use path that goes to the Kew Gardens subway station to make a 15 minute walk much faster.

This is one of the only ways to bike to the south end of the 7th ave path without breaking the law. However, cars parked to the corner make it difficult to see oncoming cars, when you're crossing two lanes of traffic without a sign or light. A Citibike station wouldn't just provide more visibility, it would also provide bikes right by the 7th ave path.

Dyker Heights has very little public transit options, so it would benefit greatly from Citibike service.

Please add additional capacity at this dock. This is the first dock to empty out in the morning in the entire neighborhood. This dock exists in an upper west side desert with no additional bike docks within a 6 block radius. There is a very clear need for additional bikes in this area. I have had a citibike annual membership from the beginning in 2013 and have never experienced a dock with such high demand.

Newkirk Avenue is an express stop on the B train, but the nearest Citi bike docks are on Cortelyou Rd., a local stop. This means a large segment of commuters who would take a Citibike instead of the train are 15-20 minutes away from the nearest dock. There should be docks along the Newkirk Avenue, from Newkirk Plaza to at least Newkirk and Nostrand by the 2/5. Not only would commuters opt to bike, but locals just wanting to visit Prospect Park would opt for a quick bike ride over a 20-25 minute walk to the park. Going beyond that, there should be docks near all B train stops going out to Coney Island. It would definitely lead to increased ridership in the summer. Brooklyn like other outer boroughs has many transit desert regions. Going from Flatbush to Bay Ridge for example can take an hour via transit, but only 30 minutes via bike. Citibike throughout the borough would not only replace existing options but create new travel opportunity altogether.
