This feedback map is for the 2023 Queens Citi Bike expansion, which focuses on Queens Community Boards 3 and 4. Neighborhoods in this area include Jackson Heights, Corona, Elmhurst, and East Elmhurst.

Recently, NYC DOT presented the draft plan presentations for Community Board 3 (PDF) and Community Board 4 (PDF). These maps show the planned locations for Citi Bike stations within these districts. If you have any comments or feedback about specific station locations, please email us at bikeshare@dot.nyc.gov or contact the Queens Borough Commissioner's Office at (212) 839-2510.

Good Location for a Citi Bike Station

30 Ave - Brooklyn Queens Expwy Et 42 Wb - Boody St

Under this overpass there is ample space ON THE SIDEWALK without any inconvience to factory and storage unit workers, park goers who rely on driving, and nearby residents. This would be a good spot AS LONG AS NO PARKING SPACES ARE TAKEN UP

57 Ave - 94 St - Junction Boulevard

Location is located by various different parks, a local public school, and a large number of small businesses. This location is in front of a Q38 bus stop which would help enforce a clear bus stop and nearby fire hydrant

25 Ave - 79 St - 80 St

Place is a pretty barren unused park/ landing lights structure near residential homes where families are multigenerational BIPOC families and rely on the parking here…if a station can be docked within the park I think it would be a great idea, but it would not be ideal to take up hard-to-find parking for a small barely used area

Small sidewalks and the corner with the restaurant outdoor dining is a visual impairment not safe especially not safe with the buses.

Handy for quick grocery runs.

This is next to a bus station and is near a road that is not as busy as the rest of the surrounding roads near that area, it will allow bikers to adjust to the road.

Bus route on this block. Small sidewalks not enough space. Better placement is on 82nd street more foot traffic.

Denman St - Whitney Ave - Lamont Ave

There is an active bike lane on Denman Street which stemming from 42nd Ave towards Whitney Ave, bike stations should be implemented alone bike lanes for ease of access.
