Lots of available, legal on-street parking within a block, but FDNY is always parking personal cars on sidewalk.
There is great unmet demand for bike parking at train station
Suggest that low-cost short term (15-20 minutes) parking spaces be added, perhaps on Archer Ave, west of Sutphin) in order to pick-up passengers at the Sutphin Blvd LIRR station. Right now one must either double park or park illegally while waiting for trains to disembark passengers. These spaces would be intended for personal vehicle use.
The liquor has been robbed several times.
After the cars turn the red traffic lights that prevent them from moving further up causing massive traffic on 101st avenue and Liberty avenue that are frequently used by MTA buses like the Q8, which make the buses always late. Commuter vans also parked here and aggressively drive pass buses especially when buses have the right of way and ignore traffic lights.
Their is clearly a sign that says no standing anytime. It is a major issue that trucks are left here parked on an every day basis.
During rush hour these commuter vans run thru red lights and get stuck in the middle of the intersection and cut people off and double park when dropping off passengers. Causing major congestion in this area.
Light changes really quickly and their is not enough time to cross the street and get stuck in the middle.
This area (95th Avenue) has potholes and uneven street from the bad patch work.
This intersection need a four way stop because vehicles tend to speed down 95th avenue
