Guy R Brewer Boulevard - Archer Ave - Liberty Ave

The Crosswalk and Stoplights could be realigned to allow students to pass directly from one building entrance to the building across the streets entrance. Oddly, It seems like the stoplights or the stop lines were placed in the wrong locations on this street. You cannot leave the PAC parking lot and go left without blowing through a red light. Please examine this street, its MANY red light runners, and its OVERLY wide lanes.

MTA Personal Vehicles could park in nearby Parking structures, Both NYPD and CUNY York College Lots are underused. Parking on dividers and sidewalks is not safe for pedestrians, drivers or the cars themselves.

MTA Employees Parking Personal Vehicles on sidewalk. Blocking ENTIRE sidewalk in all 4 season. Causing wheelchair users coming from Subway elevator to cross the street several extra times.

Conflicting Turns

Archer Ave - 150 St - 158 St

When cars turn, after they have turned, the lights on the lanes are red, making the car behind them congested and unable to move during rush hours in the PM afternoon. Commuter bus and MTA bus collide at this intersection and many cars tend to ignore traffic lights due to their impatience and frustration of traffic jams. It's only a matter of time when a pedestrian crosses the street will one day one car that ignores traffic lights will hit an innocent bystander.
