Many people waiting for buses should have bus shelter!
Many buses and cars take this route. Need time to cross street especially for the library customers
Have off duty buses go down this Street to avoid Sutphin Blvd traffic
Have two bus lines turn down here to avoid Sutphin Ave turn and traffic.
Wide & busy intersection where buses turn to go to Archer Ave. More time needed for people to cross coming from buses and train station.
Too many buses turning to go down Jamaica Ave. makes it dangerous for pedestrians & creates more traffic.
Parsons Blvd (Jamaica & Hillside Ave) a mess of potholes, grooves and uneven asphalt. The cross walks are dangerous to cross (89th) for elderly and handicapped.
I don't know if Parsons Blvd (between Jamaica & Hillside Ave) is a designated truck route (which is should not) has large diesel fueled dump trucks, tractor trailers using it. They are noisy and dangerous considering the heavy pedestrian traffic and apartment building are locate here, a church, the elderly and school kids. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ON HERE, plus they damage the road and cause people's apartment walls to shake.
All of 89th Avenue from Sutphin Blvd to 169 St is a mess of potholes, grooves, uneven pavement and little to no crosswalks. A DISASTER. Riding a bike is so dangerous on 89th Ave
Crosswalk has faded.
