Delivery trucks and cars routinely double park here causing a situation where one lane is blocked by double parking and the other lane is blocked by people waiting to make left turns into the shopping center (heading southbound). There is an alleyway right next to these stores, it should be used for temporary business parking and deliveries rather than people parking on 21st street.
The roadway here is in absolutely TERRIBLE condition and needs immediate repair/re-asphalting.
I'm not sure how to best describe this issue other than "aggressive drivers." The bike/pedestrian and vehicle lights are all green at the same time here. Cars routinely blast into the Costco entrance without checking for bikes or pedestrians in the intersection first. It's a very dangerous spot.
This is part of the greenway but shore towers keeps it locked. It is supposed to be available 24/7 to the public.
Cars blow the red light here all the time to make turns.
We are in desperate need of a crosswalk at this intersection. This area has seen several high speed collisions. The walk from Broadway to 34th avenue is incredibly long without a place to cross in between. Other crosswalks have been added on 21st street at much less busy intersections. The neighborhood tried to get Costa for years to put an intersection here and there has been no action. Enough is enough.
This is a dangerous left turn for cars and buses when turning eastbound onto queensboro plaza south. There should be a left turn lane and signal at this intersection.

Make the public plaza behind Shore Towers a formal bike lane that is fully accessible 100% of the time (sometimes the gates are locked).
Please consider expanding the priority boundaries to 20th Avenue. There are tons of residents between Hoyt Ave. and 20th Ave. that rely on busses.
