Google and Waze often reroute eastbound traffic on 278 through the neighborhood, re-entering 278 at this intersection. There is often severe congestion turning from hicks to atlantic and onto the 278 east ramp. People seem to make unsafe maneuvers (turning from non-turning lane, not yielding to pedestrians, etc) that put drivers and pedestrians at risk. It would be great to see an elevated pedestrian bridge allowing seamless transition from atlantic avenue to the south end of brooklyn bridge park.

Brooklyn Heights Promenade - Pineapple St - Clark St

The Promenade needs a refresh. I know my neighbors want it kept the same but that seems like the same old, same old. It would be great to see it full of outdoor art, more plantings, and something more imaginative. We have a chance to make it truly amazing. It is so boring right now.

Consider alternatives to a traditional roadway. Perhaps a tunnel fir the roadway with green space sbivr.

I am not in favor of lane reduction efforts. The reduction from 3 to 2 lanes has made Hicks, Columbia streets and Atlantic Avenue more congested and dangerous. Please move the traffic back onto the BQE. Traffic on Cadman Plaza/oOld Fulton and Furman streets has worsened since the lanes were removed. Open the Brooklyn Bridge back up. Stop this foolish war on cars! Not everyone can or wants to ride bicycles!

Whatever you do, please do not go back to 6 lanes!

Please ban any Class 3+ vehicles from using this path from 12am to 7am. A majority of the traffic is caused by cement trucks, freight trucks and predominately freight transportation. By limiting and ENFORCING the time use, you still allow those traveling to reach their destination in another mode of transportation (i.e. cars). Adding more greenway would be great as well. Perhaps even a toll on TLC license plates as there is an abundance of taxis which causes congestion.

Either bury it or eliminate it.

Police constantly illegally parking private cars near the BQE on/off ramps at Tillary. Unsafe, unfair.

I'm driving here daily. Since you made it in to 2 lanes, is this place a parking lot. If you want to kill the city and it's economy, keep it up! Or close another lane.... If you want the city to grow and it's economy to grow, then open back the ³rd lane, and let the drivers live

Grace Court - Dead End - Brooklyn

My apartment is on the top floor of 2 Grace Court. It is directly over a point damaged by the initial construction of the BQE. The vibrations from heavy trucks are scary. My floors and walls slant. I hope the “urgent repairs” start before it’s too late. Any design project going forward must minimize this traffic highway, not expand it.
