Hi i think that it should be a way possible where you can bring modular pieces some it gets done on site quick rather than doing everything on site

Closing of the 3th lane add a lot of cars to the streets around very not good for the environment
Closing the 3th lane was causing to terrible traffic that means cars staying on place when not moving very not good for the environment
Please reopen the 3th Lane it's causing terrible traffic in the Hall area around
Please solve the traffic
Please reopen the 3rd lane, the traffic this is causing extremely pollutes the neighborhood and damages the environment! Lets stop imposing on people how to live or drive, rather lets accommodate their needs in the most Green way possible, that would get more people involved and willing to do more for the Green future!
I also cherish the promenade and hope to see it maintained in its current state
Why not just reinforce what exists with a steel frame?
