Make exit 31 west a 2 lane exit, and just like the east exit divide the exit ramp from Williamsburg st with a separate traffic light, so the local traffic and the BQE traffic should not have to merge

The area under the BQE here against the wall is a trash dumping ground - mattresses, tires, abandoned cars and all kinds of garbage. It needs to be repaved and cleaned out, but It would be great to turn it into some kind of public space. especailly because it has a wall. Maybe fence it in until you have a plan for it.

Massive illegal parking, car storage underneath BQE and along Meeker. Cars without plates, registration parked for months.

It constantly smells like gas here (there's high truck traffic), also it's confusing to cross these intersections.

Exit ramp is frequently backed up into the BQE and motorists "cut" into the exit ramp causing more congestion

Close this on ramp and connect the 2 open public spaces! Make this a green corridor to mitigate the air pollution from the BQE
