Dean St - Boerum Pl - Smith St

This section of Dean is a circus, all the vehicles and bikes turning from Boerum Place. For hire vehicles camp out, cyclists fly by and past each other, cars back up at the light and honk. Not sure how to reroute, but that would be nice. Whatever is done, please don’t turn it into Court Street. The redesign there is the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life. A street that worked is now non-functional, with the protected bike lane a race way, cars unable to see bikes when turning left, traffic lane blocked constantly by deliveries and double parkers, traffic, idling, noise, honking, e-bikes going 30mph, pedestrian crossing more precarious than it ever has been. What a stupid design that was. Seriously. Don’t bring that to Dean.

Someone from this church always illegally parks their giant SUV on the south side of the sidewalk alongside a few illegally parked trucks.

Bergen St - Flatbush Ave - 6 Ave

This area is a mess with drivers trying to force their way into the intersection, which blocks crosswalks and bikelanes. Would love to see the destroyed cars moved from here (most of them stay for years), and any effort to block the illegal parking to help clear the area up and make the intersection safer.

Vanderbilt deserves to be a protected bike lane (concrete or parking protected) to safely feed into the new boulevards. The current painted bike lane is consistently blocked by trucks and cars, left turns via bike are not easy, the bike lane conveniently stops in front of building entrances causing cars to park there all day long.
