This is the site of Empire Stores Loading Dock. Please note, because of a major design flaw of the loading dock, it does NOT allow for trucks to enter inside of the building for all receiving goods and trash removal. As a consequence of this error [which is apparently not fixable], all loading happens on sidewalk area and whatever parking is available.
