The area all the way along the bridge here, is not obviously utilized and could be a good location to place: street foot and street vendors that service the tourists coming to the area

This is the site of Empire Stores Loading Dock. Please note, because of a major design flaw of the loading dock, it does NOT allow for trucks to enter inside of the building for all receiving goods and trash removal. As a consequence of this error [which is apparently not fixable], all loading happens on sidewalk area and whatever parking is available. This should be converted to a park instead of an empty dirt field. Extremely underutilized space next to an iconic landmark

There are so many empty parked cars and SUVs on the road. On a nice evening, I counted nearly 20-30 times more pedestrians than cars. Space should be allocated equitably and not for subsidized storage of private vehicles.

I was waiting for the B25 bus yesterday June 8 2024, and there was an illegally parked vehicle which prevented the bus from turning. The intersection should be redesigned so that it is impossible to illegally park.

The new street light here is terrible. It’s poorly timed and only adds to traffic congestion and frustration in the neighborhood.
