Please remove the parking spot where Rogers and Bedford Avenues converge and extend the pedestrian area with additional seating, planters and improved visibility for everyone.
Really dangerous intersection with speeding traffic and a bus lane with limited visibility due to the parked cars right next to the pedestrian crossing. An extended curb and daylighting project would really help this area.
Implement Street improvement project traffic calming measures and pedestrians safety measures. This is a Vision Zero Priority Area but the DOT doesn't seem to be prioritizing it!
Please prioritize this area to plan additional trees next to the bus stop if installing a bus shelter is not possible

The signal timing on Nostrand is a little too fast for the B44 SBS. Often the bus, will make it from Eastern Pkwy to just north of Empire Blvd where it hits a red light approaching the intersection. If it could make it one more block across the intersection to Sterling Street, it would speed up the travel time by about a minute. Hitting a red light while at the bus stop would be an ideal use of time.
