The double parking and illegal parking on this block is consistently the worst I see in the entire city. Absolutely unenforced 24/7 free for all of lawlessness.

Eastern Parkway Mall could really use paint and markings for the bike lanes - lots of pedestrians don't even realize there are bike lanes on the mall, and that creates many conflict points.
Need bike connections between Prospect Park and (at least) Bedford Ave. A Protected Bike Lane on Parkside Ave from Ocean Ave to Flatbush and a standard lane from Flatbush to Bedford (or something similar) would be massive for making a key bike connection in the neighborhood
Lots of double parking on Parkside Ave between Ocean Ave and Flatbush Ave
The Parkside Ave and Ocean Ave intersection feels really dangerous. Cars make the left turns (especially from EB Parkside Ave to NB Ocean Ave) quickly and pedestrians don't expect the turn signals, leading to lots of conflicts
B35 always goes so slow near the Church Ave B/Q subway stop
Tractor trailers that are way too long and way too loud (jake breaking or unmuffled exhaust) constantly block other vehicles and crosswalks. There needs to be better enforcement of these vehicles.
Motor vehicles of all sorts illegally double park or park overnight.
I don't know what's going on here but there are people who hang out here all day drinking, doing drugs, harassing everyone that passes by and makes the place very uncomfortable for anyone getting to and from the subway station.
