This intersection needs daylighting and speed/red light cameras. Several pedestrians have been injured or killed because of reckless drivers on both linden and Roger’s!
If the B49 bus is removed from this area of Bedford Avenue the DOT should really consider implementing speed bumps and other measures to control speeding in this area. There are several schools nearby and traffic does not respect the speed limits. It’s incredibly dangerous to for pedestrians and cyclists since the protected bike lane disappears here.
Invest in making the Grant Gore plaza more accessible and usable for everyone! There’s a lot of opportunities to beautify it and add greenery using planters and other street improvement project toolkit options
Constant double parked cars on Lenox rd between Flatbush Ave. and New York Ave. this causes many drivers to swerve and speed through this small side street, endangering pedestrians and cyclists.
The B103 needs better service! It's just a great bus that connects neighborhoods that are more difficult to reach via Transit, like Gowanus and Park Slope, but it runs so infrequently it is often just easier to take the subway.
The lights here are very confusing and it is difficult to cross the street as a pedestrian. The car red lights are not timed properly and sometimes vehicles run red lights responding to the second light. I have been nearly hit several times.
Constant illegal U-Turns from the same few cars with Pennsylvania and Texas plates that have no regard for the crosswalks, other cars or buses. There is absolutely no enforcement of traffic here and it is quite dangerous.
This intersection is really dangerous- the long angled crossing across Flatbush and cars making fast turns off cortelyou
Intersection in need of daylighting. Difficult to see traffic on Martense, cars traveling too fast as well. Numerous accidents
Cars frequently double parked, patrons of the numerous illegal weed shops nearby.
