Snyder Ave - East 38 St - East 39 St

No sidewalk on north side of cemetery; Snyder btwn NY Ave and Albany!! They put in some short sections but there's long gaps and people trip on tree roots and construction garbage all the time. NYC Charter says all lots need sidewalks--if there aren't they're to be installed by the city and billed to the property owner, so what's the hold up?

Driving

Martense St - Bedford Ave - Rogers Ave

Not sure why Martense st. is 2-way for the 3 blocks between Bedford and NY Ave. It also has no clear traffic lane lines painting on the asphalt, which means people double park and make it dangerous to drive or bike there.

Fairview Pl - Martense St - East 31 St

No crosswalk on Fairview/Martense or Raleigh/Martense. It's so dangerous there because theres limited visibility for everyone and two way traffic on a very narrow street like Martense. I personally saw a woman get hit by a car making a right-hand turn. We need daylighting and crosswalks on these intersections.

Snyder Ave - East 31 St - East 32 St

This is the only intersection only Snyder Ave where it's 2-way traffice and it doesn't have a crosswalk or stoplight. People speed like crazy here and pedestrians have to rush to cross the Snyder traffic from both directions. It's especially hard for the elderly. Every intersection in Cobble Hill has a stoplight even with less traffic so I dont know why we cant have it here

Bus Stuck in Traffic
Bus Stuck in Traffic
Church Ave - Nostrand Ave - East 31 St

Some times of day the buses barely move an inch on Church Ave between New York Ave and Rogers (and really all the way to Bobby's over on E17th or so). The street is too narrow for all the double parkers and really, the regular parking lane. The parking lanes need to become loading only zones from the 2/5 train to the B/Q train.

Linden Boulevard - Caton Ave - Rogers Ave

In a perfect world we would have a CONCRETE barrier-protected bike lane on Linden Blvd east of Bedford ave. It's the only direct E/W route for those of us living in East Flatbush that has the space. It should be built into a sidewalk expansion.

Double Parking
Double Parking
Nostrand Ave - Church Ave - Erasmus St

This area on Nostrand south of Church Ave is the only place I regularly see TRIPLE parking. The B44+ bus is great but it often has difficulty navigating around the mess of illegal taxis

Double Parking
Double Parking
Church Ave - Lloyd St - Nostrand Ave

Double parking on this block of Church Ave (and many others!) make the bus almost impossible to use. Double parkers in the whole area make it worse for bus riders, drivers, cyclists--everyone. We need either more enforcement or Church ave needs to be closed to private vehicles like fulton street is.

Public Transit
Public Transit
East 18 St - Caton Ave - Church Ave

When the B/Q line goes down - particularly the Q on weekends, which seems to happen pretty frequently - the bus alternatives provided are slow and there aren't many other easily accessible trains in the area.

Freight
Freight
Caton Ave - St Pauls Pl - Ocean Ave

Caton is way too small of a street to have all the big truck and trailers on it - and there is no bike lane on either side making is super dangerous for bikes. Can trucks be prohibited on Caton?
