Your feedback matters. Please select your preferred location for curbside EV station on the map.

Follow these steps to submit the Level 2 curbside EV location you prefer:

Please add a comment explaining why you selected the location. For example: “bathrooms nearby,” “close to restaurants,” “I live nearby,” or “I work nearby.”

Leave a comment even if the location you want has already been suggested. Popular feedback locations will be carefully considered.

Steps

Select comment type: “Electric Charging Station Wanted” or “Electric Charging Station Not Wanted”

Choose "Submit via Map" or "via Form"

Via Map Click the flashing yellow icon in the top right corner Drop the pin on the map to show your suggestion (Optional) Use Google Street View to find the exact area of your suggestion

Via form Choose the borough, and then whether the location is on a corner or between two streets Type in the street, click Search, and select the street name from the drop-down menu Select the cross streets from the drop-down menu

St Nicholas Ave - West 162 St - West 163 St

New York City has a lot of vacant spots that haven't been used for a long time. The one spot I choose around 163rd and Amsterdam could be a great spot for cars and bikes to charge there. If it goes through, the e-bikes should be parked outside for safety reasons because if we put them inside that would pose a fire hazard for everyone around the neighborhood, and the electric cars that pose a risk to them as well.

It is a good location for chargers and would support the community and the workforce in the area that need access to vehicles without having to go to the airport.
