Citi Bike Program - Suggest a Station

In 2026, the New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) in partnership with Lyft (the owner and operator of Citi Bike) completed additional expansion of Citi Bike. New stations were installed in Norwood and Riverdale in the Bronx; in Brownsville, East New York, Kensington, and Bay Ridge in Brooklyn; and in Forest Hills in Queens. Additionally, this expansion added more docks in some of the system’s busiest existing areas to improve access to bikes and parking in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

We currently do not have plans to further expand Citi Bike service at this time. However, we would like to hear where you would like to see more Citi Bike stations. NYC DOT will take this feedback into consideration when planning future expansion and infill efforts.
