The best way to implement SBS is to combine the Bx5 and Bx6 routes (call it the Bx45 SBS). The route should run from Yankee Stadium to Bay Plaza at All Times in order to relieve pressure on the Bx6 which is to travel into Manhattan and to Hunts Point.
All of this talk about the main challenges of the line, namely in the Yankee Stadium, Courthouses,and Southern Blvd areas, this area here, by the Food Center, is seldom talked about. What are we going to do about these fine folks that work here or in the general area? Yes, it's nice to combine the Bx6 and Bx5 into one SBS line, but let's not forget this area of the line, where many people work.
Please add bus only lanes to the bridge during rush hours. Traffic is already terrible and more of the personally owned automobiles can take alternative routes.

Dedicate the tunnel to buses only to speed commute times through the downtown Bronx. Even if only enforced from 7 am to 7 pm.
Why not just combine the BX 5 and 6? Many people transfer from the BX 5 to BX 6 at this location to access the west Bronx and vice versa. Riders looking to access the 2 and 5 trains could instead use Intervale Ave or walk to Simpson Street.
