The B82 currently is awful. The crowds are enormous (I sometimes have to skip 3 to 4 buses because of crowds), the bus is too small, the bus gets stuck in traffic and the boarding is too long. Thankfully the SBS would solve that problem. I fully support the B82 SBS! Just make sure to figure out the street changes in Canarsie and then PLEASE implement the B82 SBS! The B82 right now is just awful. Especially during school but even without school it get's crazy crowds.
Double parked cars and trucks delay buses substantially.
Need to make it easier for bus to make left turn
When the D and N train not running to Coney Island for Weekends Service Changes the B82 Select Bus Service needs to extend to the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue Station in both direction at all times except late nights.
Could be nicer under the el structure.
Definitely a bus shelter needed for this hospital stop. A limited stop? No.
Get rid of this bus stop. It's a block away from East 38th Street - and the East 38th St stop is safer. I cannot see any logic in this bus stop being here at all, minus political logic - which isn't logic at all.
The eastbound Limited stop here is unnecessary as well. Kings Highway/Flatbush Av/Ryder St is just fine. I know the MTA couldn't decide on which side to make limited. As a frequent rider of the B82, there's your answer.
To clarify, the westbound Limited stop needs to be eliminated here. Flatbush/Flatlands Avs has a limited stop, and that's just fine as is.
The limited stop here needs to go. Flatbush/Flatlands is fine as is.
