Sometimes when buses come at the same time the bus with the steps stops and the bus with the flat bottom drives by. I have a disability and the steps are too hard for me.

I'M all for transfers but have a WESTBOUND B82 +SBS+ FROM Starret City travel to the L train will cause more delays negating any minutes saved from the rest of the commute.
