Not a good choice.
I would definitely strongly recommend against this spot because a lot of retired, disabled, elderly, and car-dependent residents rely here for parking. Moreover, this area has been plagued by a high incidence of adult flashers, pepping toms, and sexual harrassers often harrassing the children in this school and around this neighborhood. Putting a bike dock here would unfortunately give sick people without cars access or would give them an excuse to hang around the bike dock and stalk children. By all means, I am not opposed to citibike, preferrably on the sidewalk along commercial strips like Astoria Boulevard or Northern Boulevard, but I would strong suggest against placing one here.

Not a good spot. Try Travers Park there is plenty of space since people are walking on the road and not in the park.
X: Not a good spot.

Good amount of foot traffic but away from major retail areas nearby so congestion is mitigated
