This area by Woodhaven Blvd would be good because many want to reach the mall. Transit is sometimes out of service. This would be a good option.

Near a Jackson Heights and Roosevelt Ave -74th Street the main hub for trains

82 St - 37 Ave - Roosevelt Ave

82nd Street and Roosevelt Ave would be a good location. A lot of foot traffic and stores are in this area. Participant was enthused by the 5 dollar per month program.
