Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. Great spot for secure cargo bike parking given the proximity to the ferries, financial district offices, Battery Park, and the bike path going around southern Manhattan for accessibility to both the east and west sides of Manhattan.
Secure parking for a cargo bike in or around Central Park would be ideal for families who want to ride their bikes to the park with their children.
Good location for secure cargo bike parking with the space available, and grocery store nearby.
There is a large sidewalk area and a lot of offices nearby, so a good spot for people who commute downtown by bike.
Having bike station near the park will be very helpful with tire and service repair. This is a heavy bike riders area
