East 43 St - Tudor City Pl - 1 Ave

Many bikes are chained to the fence at Ralph Bunche Park making it difficult to open the park gates and have caused damage to the plants. Sometimes they are even chained to the trees. This is harmful to the trees.

Theres considerable space at this corner. It would also be helpful if this wasnt so close to Fulton as there is a large unhoused drug addicted presence there and I worry about vandalism and theft.

A place to securely park bikes in this area would be very welcome. Lots of room in JJ Byrne for this.
