Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location

This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.

To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

Fulton St - Albee Square - Bond St

Albee Square is a great place to install cargo bike storage - there are many shopping destinations and groceries in this area and allows riders to leave a bike here while they shop

Lafayette Ave - Bedford Ave - Nostrand Ave

I would like bike parking at Bedford Nostrand Ave G train station due to the constantly disrupted G train service so I can bike to the station where trains usually start or stop during service disruptions

Washington Square South - La Guardia Pl - Washington Square East

Lots of students use their bikes to school, with additional usage from the delivery workers who drop off food in front of libraries and such

Ocean Ave - Woodruff Ave - Crooke Ave

This is a dangerous corner with no daylighting where drivers regularly turn right from ocean Avenue onto crooke without seeing the crosswalk. Please add bike parking to help daylight
