Downtown Brooklyn has so many transit stations but only open in the air bike parking
Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

Plenty of room for bike parking in this subway station plaza which is often used for illegal car parking
A lot of cyclists in this area but not a central area for leaving bikes.
I would love to use Amsterdam's wonderful bikelane more often for commuting but I have nowhere to store a bike. Secure parking would be amazing!
Currently not using bike due to lack of storage space.
Electronic cargo bike storage, for overnight and weekend storage
