Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

Secure bike parking here would be beneficial to a multi-modal approach connecting to the G, and several bus routes, including the B38. Many apartment buildings on the block do not have a location for secure bike storage.
A secure bike parking location is needed in this general area. The exact location I don't know exactly but someplace nearby.
multiple at union square
This building has no bike storage and a lot of bikers. Bikes are currently be stored using gates of flowerbed and gate of building. I believe this would be an excellent site and the building (780 Saint marks) could be coordinated with to include near their entrance
I see a lot of people on this block taking their kids to school on eBikes, and I think they could benefit from a storage facility (not having to lug the bikes down the stairs of a brownstone). I would get an ebike if there was a facility here or close by (I see the suggestion for one on Marcus Garvey Park and would support that)

I know lots of bikers in the area who would appreciate this parking spot! It's also on a street with metered parking so not as in-demand for parking as other streets.
