Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location

This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.

To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

Avenue Of The Americas - Broome St - Dominick St

Great location for short-term hub - lots of weekday traffic from commuters as Hudson Square area gets more popular with office locations, weekend traffic for visitors to Soho

Lots of potential sidewalk space with Citibikes already, a bit of a transit desert

31 Ave - 34 St - 35 St

31st Avenue is ideal because of the existing bike lanes. 35th St is also convenient as a midway point between the N/W stop at Broadway and the R at Steinway.

Broadway - Union Square West - East 18 St

Around union square would serve many visitors, workers, and more.
