Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

Our building at 15 Charles Street has a lot of bikers, and only two bike tie ups which are always full with tenants bikes and then augmented by delivery persons. We could use a large bike storage area or more racks on the street for the tenants!
This is a perfect spot for bike storage as there is public library here

Fowler Square would be a great location, as it is next to the bike lane on Lafayette, close to tons of public transportation (including the Atlantic LIRR), and the parking space can be put on the square itself - although Lafayette and South Elliott are also very quiet streets where this could work.
The south side of 50th street is completely UNUSED because the north side of the public school building creates DEAD SPACE on the block. This would be the PERFECT location for access to Worldwide Plaza and the River Park, because the entire length of school on 50th street is complete dead space (they use entrance on 49th).
Please add secure bike parking - thanks!
This area is surrounded by public institutions whose visitors would benefit from short and long term parking space.
