Monroe St - Bedford Ave - Nostrand Ave

Many families with desire for buying cargo bikes in our area but no secure place to store them discourages purchase and use. To store our cargo bike next to stoop I have to flip it onto its back wheel and shimmy through the gate, which is heavy and challenging. This block is residential but there are also many family destinations like Art Shack, YMCA and other local businesses where employees and visitors a like would benefit from more secure bike parking.

I live in a walkup and the staircase is very narrow. If there was a bike locker on my block that would be very beneficial to my commute. Would be ideal on the South East corner

Currently zero bike parking in the area and plenty of older homes without elevators. We have to lift our bikes up a couple flights of stairs here. The community garden makes for a great location as a destination and its proximity to buses and the 6 train

I live on the South east corner and this would greatly improve my commute to have a locker, my walk up is very narrow and the staircase turns, bringing a bike down everyday is hazardous.
