Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

Citibike stations around here are constantly either filled up or totally empty, and there are very few bike racks despite the privately-owned public space at 780 3rd ave. With the new bike lane on 3rd ave, and on 2nd ave, bike commuting from here has become much more feasible. With few fences to lock to, and a lack of bike racks, there's very few places for me to securely lock my bike and leave it overnight/throughout the day.
here please
Long term!
I've got a cargo bike, would love to store it somewhere here.
Please add bike storage here!

Would be great to have secure bike parking here for this residential block. At the minimum standard bikes, but if possible cargo bikes that can carry children as there are many families who live here.
