In front of Prospect Park Tennis Center. The bike racks currently there are inadequate because they are outdoors and bikes are prone to theft.
Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

I second the other comment. Brook Park is a great spot for bike parking.
Bike parking here would make multi-modal transport with the G much better and a great enhancement for Bed-Stuy residents
I stopped riding my own bike in the South Bronx after I got a bike stolen and switched to Citi Bike. These areas absolutely need safe storage. There's also a high percentage of deliveristas in the area, so consider bike and ebike storage.
This corner would be a good spot to put a bike locker
This would be helpful for the nolita neighborhood which has packed sidewalks and sparse bike security options

A locker somewhere around Columbus Park would be great. Then I wouldn't be afraid to leave my bike unattended while I eat/shop in Chinatown.
For Citi field!
