Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

Would be nice to lock up at this plaza for an evening or 2 while I'm out on Long Island.

electric cargo bike parking overnight corner of 855 West End Avenue
Bike parking to provide access to the 6 train. Especially in place of people driving from places like Throggs Neck or Westchester county and taking street parking.
I am one of tens of parents that drop off their kids via bike every day at PS 165. The street gets crowded and unsafe. I would love bike parking between the trash cans on the street so bikes can ride up, then unload/pickup kids, without exposing kids to cars in the street. The space between the trash cans is perfect, only one car currently fits in there. While two parking spaces worth of parking would be ideal, I would be grateful for one. I don’t believe parking on the sidewalk is ideal because the sidewalk is still needed for the large crowds that enter and depart from school.
More accessibility and pedestrian traffic to local park and children's museum!
This location on Willoughby Ave btwn Hall and Emerson Place would serve both the high density apartments of the Willoughby Walk apartments and the many Pratt university students -- two groups that probably don't want to store bikes in crowded apartments/dorm rooms
There are several families with cargo bikes parked on this block who could benefit from a permanent solution.
Lets people easily commute to/from the Williamsburg Bridge bike path.
