Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.
To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to NYC SecureBikeParking@dot.nyc.gov.

Secure bike parking for the Park Slope Food Coop! For people working and/or shopping. Cargo bikes too.
Short-term bike parking in high-density commuter area just off the East River Greenway
Lots of parents bring their children to visit kids who live in this building and they use cargo bikes to do so. There aren't many good places to park a bike on this block.
Next to the new PopWheels battery swap hub would be a great place for secure bike storage, turning this quiet alley/plaza into a more comprehensive hub of resources for bikers.
Lots of parents come to visit with their children and use cargo bikes to do so. Ribbon sidewalk, so no place to lock up outside.
Large pedestrian plaza by Bowling Green entrance means there is space for sample bike parking here. Near many trains and the East Side & West Side greenway routes
This plaza space would be a great place for secure bike parking. It's near major subway and bus routes and two parks.
This would be a great place for long-term bike storage: next to PS130, the library, a popular playground/park, the subway station, and many apartment buildings in the area which lack sufficient bike storage.
Long term storage
