Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location

This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.

To add a suggestion, please select the most appropriate bike icon in the “select comment type” dropdown. Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. If you're having trouble with adding your comments, please review "Feedback Map Instructions" or you can email your suggestions to SecureBikeParkingNYC@dot.nyc.gov.

somewhere in the williamsburg bus plaza would be ideal for any secure bike parking structure - There is plenty of sidewalk space / coverage under the JMZ subway line for a "Hub" design

This area in seaport is very much needed for bike storage, the office to residential conversion is booming in fidi and bike storage is really needed here.

Prospect Park Southwest - 10 Ave - 11 Ave

Adding secure parking along the park seems like a no-brainer for serving a neighborhood -- lots of people would walk to the secure parking, get their bike, and then ride through the park on their way to other places. Of course this would be a lot more effective on PPSW if there were bike lanes on that ridiculously wide, fast, and dangerous road!
