Suggest a Secure Bike Parking Location
This feedback map is for Secure Bike Parking, a new citywide program. NYC DOT would like to know how this program can best serve your bike parking needs. Please tell us what type of bicycle you would like to store (standard, e-bike, cargo, adaptive, etc.) and the length of time (long-term, short-term, overnight, weekends, etc.) at each suggested location. You may also indicate preferred amenities such as e-bike battery charging, tire pumps, and bike repair stations.

Next select a submission type (map preferred) and place as close to an intersection or location of interest as possible. If there is an existing marker/pin at your proposed location, please add another marker/pin. Bushwick's best yoga studio: Baby Cobra Yoga. My bike wheel and seat were stolen from here. Because it's semi-industrial, there are not as many people to witness theft. Would be great to have something secure!
There is not enough bike parking in the area around Dekalb Market, which is the #1 TJs in Brooklyn ._.

I bike frequently along 86 and along York, this feels like a smart place
The request is to install bike parking on East sidewalk of Kent Ave by Francis Scott Key Junior High School
While there are already extensive bike racks at this location, replacing one set with a covered hub would support long-term parking during the colder months. Additionally, this is a high activity location, without being in the direct footprint of the park: it would be easier to navigate as a cyclist without battling crowds.
Very convenient to BAM, Barclays, and Atlantic trains
This is a convenient location for bicycle parking due to its proximity to the McGuinness bike lanes and the Greenpoint Avenue subway stop
Under the BQE would be a great place, near many bike lanes between the navy yard and Ft Greene where parking is already scarce. Would also work two fold in helping to clean up under the BQE. Like in the LES under the FDR.
