North-south bike routes are also needed. The closest one to here is 1.5 miles west at Miller Ave.

Overly wide 11' traffic lanes (which the current plan does not change) encourages speeding. All travel lanes should be reduced to 10'. Changing speed limit signs won't change behavior; you need to change the road geometry.
