Drivers do not yield to pedestrians including children and aging. Yellow school zone signs are there for vehicles to stop and yellow buses and mta buses do not stop.

There is sharp turn from vehicles from Pennsylvania Av heading to Stanley Avenue while pedestrians are crossing. Participant expressed concern about two fatalities have happened in this crossing.
