Poor to no lighting making crossing by bike and by foot VERY DANGEROUS.

Too long distance to cross for pedestrians, this is a main crossing path for young children going to schools and nurseries and between the two parks and impossible to cross within the time of the pedestrian light with a toddler walking...

There should be a protected bike lane on Engert; there is only Norman going East, there's enough room and unfortunately too many cars racing - unsafe to bike while this is a primary street between the two parks and to access schools.

There was a open street here before and now it's gone after vandalism. BRING IT BACK. Expand the park to include the sidewalk here. It's a lightly used sidewalk. We need more trees.
