Buses always get stuck in traffic here, and the traffic is often from the LIE/QMT. Why not give buses priority over personal vehicles/trucks? Let's put a bus lane on the bridge. Bus passengers should not be penalized because the tunnel toll is too low, or because LIRR is not attractive enough to car commuters.

This is a large, vastly underused parking lot. Why do we have such things? Why couldn't we undo the poor 1950s-era land use decisions and put up affordable housing here that respects the existing street wall? We need to be doing everything we can to reduce car parking.

Drivers pull into this gas station aggressively. And they don't give pedestrians much care as they pull out of the station either. Gas stations on this blvd are dangerous.
