Mcguinness Boulevard - Graham Ave - Mcguinness Boulevard

Driver's move too fast through here and often don't stop. This should be removed and the park extended.

Nassau Ave - Newel St - Diamond St

Nassau is a biking nightmare: two way traffic, buses, deliveries - and the "shared bike lane" is mainly just trying to survive. I ride every day and avoid this street at all costs - especially with a child. I'd rather ride against traffic on Driggs than on Nassau. This should be an exclusive bus and bike street.

Pulaski Bridge Bike Path - Clay St - Box St

This is a very tricky transition from bridge to street - and it's hard to get from the the north side of mcguinness to the Pulaski bridge.

Long Distance to Cross
Long Distance to Cross
Nassau Ave - Mcguinness Boulevard - Newel St

This is one of three intersections (Briggs, Nassau, and Norman) that should be re-designed for a much shorter crossing, with safe islands in the median. People have to cross these to get to schools, the library, shops, and trains. These are essential pedestrian streets and they have been largely surrendered to cars. Please make drastic changes. Thanks.

Mcguiness Boulevard - Nassau Ave - Brooklyn

McGuiness blvd was and always be a commercial roadway. As long as everyone understands that it is mostly trucks that move food applicances clothing furniture all around our city. We need this Strret to remain the way it is. Everyone needs to stay off their phones and bikes while crossing this street. I have lived here for 60 years and cross that street nearly everyday on my way to work and I have never gotten hit by a car or trick but I have been hit by bicycles who don’t observe the lights or directions of the street.

This comment is for ALL of Greenpoint and Williamsburg - 98% of bicyclists are reckless, cut in front of drivers and expect them to stop short as to not hit them! They act like THEY own the streets and the POLICE need to start giving out tickets for them and if unpaid - take away their bicycles - that should be registered with license plates. They want to ride in the street and have the same privileges as cars do - then they should abide by the same RULES and PUNISHMENTS as drivers of cars do! END OF STORY PERIOD!

Mcguinness Boulevard - Meserole Ave - Calyer St

Bicycles have no place on McGuiness. I bike regularly and still wouldn’t use it if there was a bike lane. What McGuiness needs are more speed cameras and perhaps even speed bumps to keep dangerous drivers under control. Turning into one lane of traffic would be disastrous from a traffic and a pollution standpoint as there would be more idling and it would affect the many residents that are located along that route

Mcguiness Boulevard - Mcguinness Blvd South - Brooklyn

I live on Bayard Street between McGuiness Boulevard and Graham Avenue. There was a fatal accident on the corner where a beloved teacher ws killed by a vehicle. This is a dangerous corner as it it is the entrance to the BQE. It is home to multiple accidents each year. I believe if a SPEED BUMP were to be installed on McGuiness Blvd between Newton Street and Bayard Street it would deter the speeding to beat the light before the entrance to the BQE. It is not fair that the drop down menu for this form does not include this dangerous area of McGuiness Boulevard.

Dangerous Merge
Dangerous Merge
Bqe Wb En Mc Guinness Blvd S - Humboldt St - Bqe Wb Entrance Meeker Ave

Eliminate this BQE ramp and only keep remaining entrance to BQE that is accessible from Meeker Ave or making a right turn at the light on McGuinness & Meeker. Vehicles speed up this current ramp, ignore yield, etc. It is a dangerous merge and should be removed.
