A controlled deactivated dock station (8 docks at most) only for use during Mall hours, 6am to Midnight could be useful here. It will automatically shut off for no service use during those hours. This dock can help employees and patrons get around to retail outlets and access the coverage of the mall. As there are no buses to stop in between the Mall. This gives individuals to ability to get around the mall conveniently as this location is the midpoint of the Mall as well.
