The. most obvious, visible, and accessible location for a station. Across from Restoration Plaza, a neighborhood center.

5 Ave - East Meadow Path - Gustave L Levy Pl
This location is right next to central park by mount sinai hospital. Everyday during the morning and evening rush hours there are never enough bikes or stations so additional capacity would be useful for the thousands of commuters who work in the hospital every day.

Vinegar Hill lacks sufficient bike racks. Racks are often full and one has to travel far if this happens

Need more CitiBikes here for hospital essential workers on E 70th St & York Ave, especially in the afternoons and ESPECIALLY on a Saturday afternoon when I have often been unable to find an available bike after work even at other nearby stations that were also empty.
