East 35 St - 3 Ave - Queens Midtown Tunnel Exit

Many of the bike racks in the murray hill/kips bay area are always empty so I would like more bikes to be added in this neighborhood.

Chelsea Piers is a popular destination; both for working out and relaxing. They could use a bike stand nearby.
